Our caring staff combine their innate nurturing attitude with our continuing education programs to ensure we are consistently meeting the needs of your loved one. Our 63-bedroom community is located on four beautiful acres in Carmichael California. Our spacious private and shared studio apartments offer excellent views of mature landscaping and colorful courtyards.
Don’t worry, we provide specialized care plans.
We provide specialized care plans specific to the unique needs of each resident. We work with families, doctors, and other support groups to ensure we provide the right amount of care and attention, but not so much that we inhibit independence.

My very good friend of mine was a resident there at Fair Oaks Estates for over a year. Staff is warm, caring and always have a smile on their face. Residents there are extremely happy and it evident by the warm welcomes you get from even them when you walk into the door.

The county has taken longer than normal to approve the plans for this renovation project because of the pandemic. However, the owner has been patient and a pleasant to work with/for.

Everything is going very well at Fair Oaks Estates for my wife. They offer the level of memory care that she needs. The staff does an amazing job communicating with me and keeping me updated on my wife’s care. The community is well kept and clean. My wife enjoys the variety of food offered.
